Trialsasian Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners. We link you with independent local providers who remodel kitchens and bathrooms. We do not swing the hammer. The providers in our network run their own businesses, carry out the work, and stand behind their own quotes.
Why We Exist
Finding a remodeler can eat a whole weekend. You scroll, you compare, you leave messages that never get returned. Meanwhile the soft floor by the tub keeps getting softer. Trialsasian Remodeling cuts that search short. Tell us what you see, and we point you toward a provider who takes that kind of project.
We like the habit of catching trouble early. Press the tile. Probe the grout. Check under the sink. Small sign, early move. A project planned while it is still small is easier to schedule and easier to price.
How Providers Are Matched
Matching starts with the project. A tub-to-shower conversion, a walk-in tub, a custom bathroom renovation, and a kitchen remodel are different jobs. We look at the type of work, your town, and what a provider says it handles. Availability changes from provider to provider, so Request a callback to check provider availability for your area.
The network is built for full projects, such as luxury bath upgrades or a kitchen refresh with new cabinets and counters. Small odd jobs and mobile homes are not a fit for most providers here.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Be honest about what they can and cannot take on.
- Walk the space and give a written quote that spells out the scope.
- Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require.
- Treat your home with care and answer your questions in plain words.
You should still check these things yourself. Ask to see proof before you sign anything.
What We Do Not Do
Trialsasian Remodeling does not do remodeling, and we do not price your job. We do not set schedules, pick materials, or promise results. We also cannot speak for your insurance company. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask a provider to help document damage for a claim. Any contract is between you and the provider.
How We Are Paid
You do not pay Trialsasian Remodeling a fee to be connected. Providers in the network may pay for the referrals they receive. That does not change your quote, which comes from the provider and should be in writing. Typical U.S. costs vary widely by job size, layout, and materials, so compare more than one written quote if you can.
